Intimate Connections

AWEsome Retreat events are intimate, with 25-50 attendees at our smaller events, and 50-100 attendees at our larger events.

These intimate events give Sponsors a chance to connect one on one with each attendee, whether in-person or via email.

Attendees at all of our events have the option to opt-in to having their emails shared with sponsors. Email lists are delivered within 30 days of the event.

Within 30 days of the conclusion of the event, sponsors receive the emails of our attendees, so that they may connect for a deeper or long-term relationship.

In 2023: Virtual Access Pass attendees also have the ability to opt in.
